Leah Shea is a dynamic healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in strategy, analytics, and product leadership. Currently serving as VP of Product at Definitive Healthcare, Leah specializes in driving growth through commercial analytics solutions tailored to healthcare organizations' needs. With a proven track record in strategic planning and operational excellence, Leah has held key leadership roles at organizations like Populi, Mercy, Carondelet Health Network, and Ascension. She holds a Master's degree in Health Informatics & Analytics from Saint Louis University and is working on her second Master’s degree in Data Visualization from Maryland Institute College of Art. 

Outside of work, Leah finds joy in playing the piano, exploring the wide world of data visualization, and staying active with kickboxing.
